Team Leader (m/w/d)

We are offering you:

• Contract permanent and the chance to be taken over by the client 
• Attractive salary starting whit 16,05€ per hour

• Work in 3 shifts 
• 200€ bonus if you bring other employees 

Tasks

• Support for shift leders 
• Coordination of teams by shift and their activity 
• Guiding employees and solving the problems in in a short time 
• Checking and plannig production processes toghether whit the shift leaders

Profile

• Ditribuitive attention, detail-oriented 
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines 
• Previous experience in coordinating a team 
• Relevant studies would be an advantage 
• Fluent written and spoken German 
• Driver's license and car for travel 
• Ability to adapt quickly and work in a team
